Cookies

Collecting visitor statistics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how often pages in our website are visited. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. It contains agreements about what they may keep. We do not allow Google to use this data for other Google services. By default, we anonymize the IP addresses in Google Analytics, so that the statistics cannot be traced back to a unique person.
SalesFeed Software is also linked to this website. The SalesFeed Software generates statistics about the origin and behavior of our target groups. The SalesFeed Software processes the IP addresses of visitors for this purpose. The IP addresses of some of the Dutch organizations that visit this website are linked to a database containing company information. Information about organizations that are registered as a result of their visit to this website is not shared with third parties.
Customers
If you are a customer of ours, we keep various information about you. We keep this information for as long as you are a customer with us and/or seven years after the invoice date (which is the legal obligation to retain). Below is a summary of the data we store about our customers:
- Companies: company name, address, general telephone number and personal details of contacts (name, telephone and e-mail address)
- Payment details (via your bank with a bank transfer)
- E-mail traffic between you and us
Provision to other companies or institutions
Your personal data will not be provided to other companies, unless we are legally obliged to do so. For example, if the police demands this in the event of a suspicion of a crime. Our website does not include social media buttons that can track your surfing behaviour.
Security
Security of personal data is important to us. To protect your privacy, we have taken the following measures:
- Your personal data is securely stored in a protected cloud environment, which is actively secured and updated by our IT supplier
- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password and only authorized employees have access to personal data
- This website uses a secure connection (SSL) that protects all information between you and our website when you enter (personal) data
